How can therapy help?

Therapy can be empowering and help you find the solutions you are looking for by providing you knowledge on what is contributing to your struggles and the skills and confidence to make positive changes. Therapy does takes work and effort but the benefits can contribute to long-term happiness. 

What should I expect from my first call and appointment? 

In the first phone session I will learn about why you are seeking my services and make sure I am the best person to help you with your needs. In this call we will also schedule your first appointment. Please come to your first appointment 15 minutes early to fill out some new client information or you can download client forms from this website and bring them with you. This initial appointment will be about an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half long. During this time we will talk about your struggles, your back ground, and I will explain in more detail how I can help you. 

How long will it take? 

I believe in making therapy an individualized experience; thus after our first few session we can talk about the best length of treatment for you and your needs.
